Testing bicycle components from Danish Framesandgear
I have had the opportunity to test the ‘Disc Brake Direct Mount Derailleur Hanger’ and ‘Roval Rapide Wahoo Mount’ with an accompanying ‘Aero GoPro Mount Add On’ from the Danish company Framesandgear. The company specializes in designing components in CNC-machined aluminum, carbon, and titanium, aiming to be among the first to deliver components for the latest frames on the market.

Roval Rapide Wahoo Mount
The 'Roval Rapide Wahoo Mount' is a fine upgrade for the integrated Roval Rapide handlebar, which is standard on the Tarmac SL8, among others. Constructed from aluminum, it is both robust and durable. The black alloy gives it a sleek and streamlined appearance that exudes quality, and with a thin layer of rubber protection where it is mounted, it ensures it does not scratch the surface of the handlebar. It weighs approximately 40 grams, thus contributing minimally to the overall weight of your bike.
"One of the prominent features of this mount is its adjustable angle, allowing for personalized positioning for optimal visibility and user-friendliness of your GPS device"
Mounting most GPS mounts is a straightforward task, and Framesandgear's mount was no exception, as it is installed with a single bolt. One of the prominent features of this mount is its adjustable angle, allowing for personalized positioning for optimal visibility and user-friendliness of your GPS device. The mount is also optimized for larger GPS models such as the Wahoo Elemnt Roam. In addition to this mount for the Roval Rapide handlebar, Framesandgear offers a wide range of GPS mounts, ensuring that regardless of the type of bike or bike computer you have, you should be able to find one that fits perfectly to your needs.

Aero GoPro Mount Add On
In addition, on my 'Roval Rapide Wahoo Mount', I have mounted an 'Aero GoPro Mount Add On', which can be mounted in various positions, providing great flexibility. This makes it easy to attach different equipment as needed. For example, instead of a GoPro camera, one can choose to mount a light, which is practical as it eliminates the need for a separate light mount on the handlebar. Although Framesandgear also offers GPS mounts with integrated GoPro mounts, I prefer being able to remove this when not in use for a more streamlined appearance.

Direct Mount Derailleur Hanger
Besides the GPS mount, I have tested their 'Direct Mount Derailleur Hanger', which is also made of aluminum with a black alloy finish. Weighing only 13 grams, it is actually 10 grams lighter than Specialized's own hanger, and we all know that every gram counts.
"The hanger fit perfectly, requiring only a slight adjustment of the b-tension screw to achieve flawless shifting performance with my rear derailleur"
Armed with a mounting video from Framesandgear's YouTube channel - which clearly explained how to replace the derailleur hanger - I had it installed in a relatively short time. The hanger fit perfectly, requiring only a slight adjustment of the b-tension screw to achieve flawless shifting performance with my rear derailleur. This was confirmed during my test ride with the newly mounted 'Direct Mount Derailleur Hanger', where I experienced smooth operation with precise and reliable gear shifts.

Having used and tested Framesandgear's products, I can conclude that they are both durable and well-crafted. Designed with an emphasis on aesthetics and made from quality materials, they are both functional and stylish.
