I have had the opportunity to test the ‘Disc Brake Direct Mount Derailleur Hanger’ and the ‘Framesandgear Roval Rapide Wahoo Mount’ with an accompanying ‘Aero GoPro Mount Add On’ from the Danish company Framesandgear. The company specializes in designing components in CNC-machined aluminum, carbon and titanium, aiming to be among the first to deliver components for the latest frames on the market.
Magnus Pedersen

Magnus Pedersen made a reel on Instagram, where he announced that he would ride one kilometer for every 10 followers he gained from that reel. But something unexpected happened, something he probably hadn't imagined in his wildest dreams. One of the world's greatest cyclists, Tadej Pogačar, discovered Magnus' reel and chose to share it on his own Instagram profile with the words "Follow him to make him sweat a bit." Then things took off.

A popular phenomenon on Instagram is the use of the hashtag #baaw, which you might already be familiar with. This hashtag stands for "Bike Against A Wall" and is used when people share pictures of their bikes propped up against a wall, often with an aesthetic or artistic approach to showcase their two-wheeled wonders.

Hannah Grant rose to widespread fame in cycling circles back in 2011 when she began serving as the team chef for Saxo Bank-SunGard on the World Pro Tour. We saw her working in the large truck converted into a kitchen, where she prepared 'performance food' for the riders. Now, she has released a brand new cookbook featuring delicious pizza recipes! And it's actually a stroke of genius, as pizza has claimed an indispensable spot in the post-ride rituals of many recreational cyclists.
Airbone pump
I have found the perfect little hand pump from Airbone, the ZT-702, which truly impresses. It's both compact and powerful, with a capacity of 7 bar (100 psi), and it weighs no more than 62 grams. Although it requires a bit of patience to fully inflate a tire, it's impressive what this little pump can handle.
Smooth legs
Shaved legs are more than just aerodynamics. They're a symbol of commitment and dedication in the cycling world. For me personally, it's become a natural part of my routine and an important aspect of my identity both on and off the bike. For those of us who view cycling as more than just a hobby, smooth legs represent a deep respect for the culture and traditions of the sport.
